So you want to learn more huh? Well alright, then!
You already know my name is Adam, but I bet you didn’t know I add A LOT of chocolate chips to my greek yogurt or my oatmeal (or eat them out of the bag). Yes, regular chocolate chips! I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and not ALWAYS at the gym or training.
I’m telling you this because you can find balance in your nutrition and life, while also keeping healthy and active. It’s okay to enjoy some of your favorite snacks and foods as long as you find balance at the same time. I promise it’s possible!
My mission is to help you create a plan around YOUR life… Work, family/friends, food, and everything in between. This plan will be personalized to you. Your goals and daily/weekly life are different than mine and most likely others… So, let’s focus on you!
